The flagship mark, Wild Turkey 101 is a marriage of 6 to 9-year-old bourbons. Wild Turkey 101 has less water added, giving it a fuller and more pure bourbon taste – it’s higher proof for more flavour. Its nose is gentle yet rich, revealing deep vanilla and oak, and a slight hint of oranges and toffee. It’s deep rich amber in colour, with a rich and powerful palate that explodes with vanilla, caramel, honey and a hint of tobacco. The finish is extremely long, deep and smooth with a recognizable burn.
