Refund policy
At Parkside Liquor Beer & Wine, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent service. Due to provincial liquor regulations and the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept refunds or returns on any beer, wine, spirits, or related products once they have left the store.

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returned products even if they are unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged at the time of purchase or if there was an error in your order, please notify us immediately at the time of pickup or delivery.

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items at our discretion.
Delivery Orders

Customers are encouraged to check their order upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to the delivery driver or to our store within the same day of delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Shipped Orders (Outside of Lethbridge)

For any products shipped outside of Lethbridge using a courier service, Parkside Liquor Beer & Wine is not responsible for any damage, delays, or other issues that may occur during transit.

Customers must contact the courier service directly regarding shipping-related concerns.
