Shipping policy

 

At Parkside Liquor Beer & Wine, we strive to provide safe and timely delivery of our products in compliance with Alberta’s liquor laws. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Age Verification

  • All customers receiving an order must be at least 18 years of age, the legal drinking age in Alberta.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery.

  • If valid ID cannot be provided or if the recipient appears to be underage, delivery will be refused, and the order will be returned to the store. A redelivery fee may apply.

2. Delivery Area and Fees

  • Delivery is available within Lethbridge and surrounding areas.

  • Orders placed for delivery outside a 15 km radius of our store must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

  • Standard delivery fees apply and may vary based on distance.

3. Delivery Attempts

  • We will make one delivery attempt to the provided address.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, invalid ID, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be returned to our store.

  • Any subsequent delivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone of legal age is present to accept the order at the time of delivery.

  • Orders cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.

5. Shipped Orders (Outside of Lethbridge)

  • For products shipped outside of Lethbridge using a courier service, Parkside Liquor Beer & Wine is not responsible for any damage, delays, loss, or other issues that may occur during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for contacting the courier service directly for any shipping-related claims.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • In accordance with our Return Policy, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products have left our store.

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made at the time of delivery.

7. Compliance with Laws

  • By placing an order for delivery, the customer confirms they are of legal drinking age and agree to comply with all applicable liquor regulations.

  • Parkside Liquor Beer & Wine reserves the right to refuse delivery to anyone suspected of purchasing on behalf of a minor or found in violation of these regulations.
