Description
Pusser’s rum was one made famous by the british navy who issued its sailors a daily ration of rum by the ship’s purser which would become corrupted to pusser and lends its name to the label today. The tradition of a pint of rum each day persisted until 1970. In 1979 charles tobias got the rights and formula to the british navy rum and began bottling the rum for sale in 1980. It contains no flavoring and follows the formula set down by the navy.
