Description
Don't look for Oregon-style concentration here, but you will find an aromatic, lightly tawny wine with impeccable balance. Partially fermented in French oak, and briefly aged on the lees, this has a flavor and style reminiscent of a pear cider. It drinks bone dry, with mouth-coating minerality.
