This flavourful rum spent time ageing in Islay whisky casks, resulting in a unique profile. It features toasted oak, spice, dried fruit, cocoa nibs, vanilla and chocolate notes. The medium-bodied and slightly sweet palate ends with a long finish. Pair with rum-glazed pork or use to make an enhanced Rum and Cola cocktail.
