Traditional (13.5% ABV) and Sweet (16% ABV) meads showcase Ryan's Estate honey in all its beauty. Traditional being dryer and more floral, and Sweet more earthy and rich. Saskatoon (13.5% ABV) and Pyment (16% ABV) are then co-fermentations of Ryan's Estate honey and fruit. Our Saskatoon mead, like Traditional is dryer and Pyment sweeter; the dryer meads are geared more towards the dinner table, while the sweeter more toward dessert.
