Classic Westie with an experimental twist, brewed for the Calgary Underground Film Festival. Alcohol6.5% AppearanceBright and clear, pale and golden. A fluffy white head leaves good lacing. AromaPunchy citrus leads the way. Think grapefruit zest, tangerine, and lemon pith thanks to the classic combo of citra and Amarillo. FlavourZesty and vibrant upfront with bold grapefruit and orange peel. Mid-palate leans into stone fruit (apricot, peach) and a light honeydew character. MouthfeelCrisp and clean with moderate carbonation. Light-bodied but with a soft, smooth texture that adds drinkability without feeling thin.
