Inspired by the classic pink wines of Provence, proprietors Georges and Daniel Daou grow grapes for their rosé on steep, clay-and-limestone mountain slopes rising dramatically above the neighbouring Coastal Range. Look for complex aromas of fresh peach, pear, apricot and rose petal followed by flavours of mango, Crenshaw melon, lemon chiffon and strawberry.
