Description
Solid value and a savoury character, which pairs well with hearty meals and dense protein dishes. Expect blackberries and dried herbs, peppery spices, smoked meat and espresso on the nose. It is quite intense and succulent with a salty edge and plenty of pepper, smoked spices, and a hint of dried fruit. Bright acidity keeps it from being overly dense or brooding.
