Description
The raspberry concentrate drives the aroma in the nose, slight notes of bread/malt from the wheat that turns into a fruity, almost jam-like raspberry aftertaste. The peach provides notes of red peach that blends with the bready/malty notes of a Kolsch beer base. It has a moderate fruity bitterness that comes from the use of Hersbrucker hops which balances well with the tart character and high carbonation of the beer making it very crushable and refreshing.
